We started with new dry wall, and finished with 3 coats of paint. We took out the popcorn ceiling and put new drywall in the ceiling with a smooth texture - which really updated the look of the our unit.  We installed new french doors between the living room and bedroom. The kitchen had been remodeled in 2009 with 18 x18 tiles, custom cherrywood tiles, ceramic cook top, new appliances, granite counter tops and backsplash. The bathroom was completely redisgned by  highly regarded island contractors and designers JTassociates LLC this year in 2012. When we redesigned JT made better use of the space, plus  custom cherrywood cabinets, 20 x20 tile, graite counter tops and beautiful and elegant plumbing and hardware. We also installed new  carpet.
